Spinners Story
Spinners Group is a collection of upmarket competitive socialising venues across the UK, offering interactive games including darts, duckpin bowling, clay pigeon shooting, golf, shuffleboard and boules, all set within stylish spaces with cocktail bars and artisan food menus.
The Problem
Before JustTip, Spinners simply couldn’t offer tipping at all. The process was too complex to manage in-house and their lean HQ team didn’t have the capacity to take it on. Staff were missing out on tips entirely something that was affecting both morale and their ability to compete for talent.
