Staff get access through the JustTip employee web app. Once they're set up, they'll see a Rewards section on their dashboard. This will only appear if their employer has enabled rewards. From there, they can browse and use 1,900+ brand discounts, vouchers and perks.
No. Once staff sign up and their employer enables rewards, they get full access straight away. There are no earning thresholds or waiting periods regardless of how much they earn in tips.
