From time to time, we may offer discounts as part of promotional campaigns, loyalty rewards, or exclusive partner collaborations. This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all discount offers.

1. Types of Discounts Offered

Promotional Discounts

Temporary discounts applied during marketing campaigns, holidays, product launches, or platform updates. Example: 15% off for all new business sign-ups during a limited-time promotion.

Partner Discounts

Special pricing available to customers affiliated with one of our approved partners. Eligibility is verified at sign-up or through a unique partner code. Example: A hospitality association may provide its members with a unique discount code for JustTip services.

Loyalty & Referral Discounts

Discounts or credits offered to existing customers for continued use of our platform or for referring new users. Example: Refer a new business and receive €10 off your next invoice.

Discretionary or Ad-Hoc Discounts

Occasionally, we may offer one-off discounts at our discretion—for example, as a gesture of goodwill or to support a specific customer situation.

2. General Rules and Conditions

Single Use Per Customer

Unless otherwise stated, all discount codes are limited to one use per customer or business account.

No Double Discounts

Only one discount can be used at a time. Discounts cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with other offers.

Expiry and Validity

Each discount will have an explicit expiry date or validity period. Expired codes cannot be honoured under any circumstance.

Non-Transferable

Discounts are issued to individual users or businesses and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Minimum Spend or Service-Specific Requirements

Some discounts may be subject to a minimum spend, apply only to specific plans or services, or exclude certain features.

No Cash or Refund Value

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or applied to past invoices.

Discount Pricing

Discounts are based on the prevailing pricing found on our official pricing page JustTip/Pricing unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Retroactive Application Not Allowed

Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase or sign-up. We cannot apply a discount after a transaction has been completed.

Abuse or Misuse

JustTip reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, or refuse future discounts if misuse is detected.

3. Partner Discount Terms

If you’ve received a discount via one of our official partners, additional terms may apply:

  • You may be required to verify your eligibility (e.g., through a partner-branded sign-up page, a unique code, or email domain).
  • Partner discounts may be subject to renewal conditions based on your continued status with the partner organisation.
  • JustTip reserves the right to audit eligibility and withdraw access if criteria are no longer met.

4. How to Redeem a Discount

Discounts can typically be applied by entering a promo code at checkout or during your business or employee account setup. If you are unsure how to use your discount:

5. Right to Amend

JustTip reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any discount offer at any time,
  • Update this Discount Policy without notice,
  • Decline discount eligibility at our sole discretion if terms are violated. Please check this page regularly for the most up-to-date version of our discount policy.

6. Booker UK Exclusive – 25% Discount on Tronc Product

As part of an exclusive partnership, JustTip is offering a 25% discount on our Tronc product to both new and existing customers who are affiliated with Booker in the UK.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this discount, customers must:

  • Be an active Booker customer in the UK.
  • Provide proof of affiliation with Booker (e.g., Booker customer number, email from a registered domain, or verification through a designated partner portal).
  • Use the discount only for JustTip’s Tronc product.
Key Terms
  • The discount is applicable only to the Tronc product subscription fees and does not apply to other JustTip services or add-ons.
  • This offer is valid for both new sign-ups and existing customers who are adding or upgrading to the Tronc product.
  • The discount is subject to verification of Booker affiliation.
  • The 25% discount will be applied automatically once eligibility is confirmed and is valid for the term specified in the offer communication.
Limitations
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or referral rewards.
  • Discount codes or benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Misuse of this discount (e.g., false representation of eligibility) may result in removal of the discount and possible suspension of the account.
  • JustTip reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
